A Collage Frame with a Beach Motif from A-Color Allround Medium Glue Lacquer and Sand

Prime the collage frame with Super Gesso primer. Now make the decoration to go inside the frame from A-Color Allround medium glue lacquer mixed with sand and decorated with natural materials, found on the beach. Finally glue on some wiggle eyes.
