A Foam Clay bird on a wooden peg

1   Model the bird parts from white Foam Clay with glitter.

2   Assemble all the parts and model the bird's beak. Attach a wooden peg underneath the bird. Foam Clay sticks to wood as long as it is moist.

3   Roll lametta around a pipe cleaner.

4   Attach a small blob of Foam Clay around one end of the rolled-up lametta with the pipe cleaner inside, thus securing the lametta around the pipe cleaner.

5   Make a hole in the bird's tail and push the pipe cleaner with the lametta into the tail. Model Foam Clay around the hole to complete the tail.

6   Trim the tail and decorate the bird with glitter glue.
