Sew all the parts onto the fabric using a handheld sewing machine. Lift the fastening plate and place the fabric underneath the fastening plate. Sew around each petal 4-5 times towards the right. You may sew the stitches randomly. NB: Never pull on the fabric, let the machine do the work. Secure by inserting a needle with the thread onto the back and feed the thread through the last loop. You may secure with a knot.

Sew a stem for the flower by sewing up and down several times. You may use a contrasting colour thread for the stem. Also sew along the left side of the large piece of fabric, approx. 10-12 mm from the edge (you cannot sew on the left side with the handheld sewing machine once the fabric section is secured onto the front of the greeting card).
