A Lantern with 3D Snow Effect

This large lantern is decorated with Vivi Gade Design Decoupage paper and then dapped with 3D snow effect.

Comment faire

1. Cut out a motif from decoupage paper and attach it to the large lantern using decoupage lacquer.

2. Apply 3D snow effect onto the lantern using a spatula.

3. Make small dots on the lantern using a foam stencil brush.

4. Decorate with a Pearl Pen along the decoupaged motif.
