Comment réaliser un bol à partir d'argile autodurcissante

Réalisez un bol en argile blanche à l'aide d'un moule en plastique. Aplatissez l'argile jusqu'à ce quelle obtienne une épaisseur de 1 cm min. et utilisez le bol comme moule. Laissez sécher le bol en argile pendant 24 à 48 heures, puis peignez-le avec de la peinture acrylique ou décorez-le d'une torsade en papier raphia sur le bord.

Comment faire
1 Pétrissez et ramollissez l'argile dans vos mains. Aplatissez l'argile pour obtenir un carré de 1 cm d'épaisseur min.
2 Use the bowl as a mould and trim the excess clay. Smooth out the edge with a modelling tool dipped in water.
3 Turn the mould upside down and gently work the clay down to the bottom, shaping it to the mould. Make sure to cover the inside of the mould with cling film to prevent the clay sticking to the mould.
4 Roll a small block of clay into a suitably sized foot ring for the bowl. Leave to dry.
5 You may decorate the rim of the bowl with holes and a paper raffia twist. Leave the bowl to dry for 24-48 hours.
