Glow-in-the-Dark Polystyrene Monsters

They glow in the dark when the light goes out! Wuhhhh! We've painted flat polystyrene shapes with Glow-in-the-dark paint. The more coats you apply, the brighter they'll glow. We used black permanent marker or 3D outliner for the details.

1 Push the polystyrene shape onto a stick and paint several coats of Glow-in-the-dark paint.
2 Draw the face with a permanent marker or 3D outliner.
3 Shape and cut pipe cleaners and stick into the polystyrene shape.
4 Variation: Make the eyes from two small polystyrene balls.
